To build stronger nonprofit boards of directors in Maine. We serve nonprofit, business, individual, and philanthropic interests by promoting voluntary leadership in the community. Through its programs and services, TBN:

·         Recruits, trains, and matches a diverse pool of qualified candidates with nonprofit boards.

·         Trains nonprofit boards and management in effective board governance practices.

·         Serves as an advocate for the value of nonprofit board service and the importance of effective governance.
